Luno obtains DASP registration with the French Financial Market Authority (AMF)

Founded in 2013 and later acquired by the Digital Currency Group, Luno is a leading global digital asset company aiming to make investing in digital assets accessible to everyone by providing a clear and simple interface to buy, hold and earn interest on digital assets.

With more than 1,000 employees and 10 million users in over forty different markets, Luno is one of the leading global crypto service providers.

Registered under number 2022-045, Luno France is now able to pursue its development in Europe and to develop more specifically its offer its services directly to French customers in the French market.

Our lawyers advised the company in the constitution and follow-up of the registration application (support before the regulators, position papers, regulatory analysis).
