Admitted to the Paris Bar, Ségolène is part of the firm's litigation team. She assists the firm's clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation to representation before the French Courts. She also assists clients from the investigation and prosecution phase, before the criminal and administrative Courts, as well as before administrative authorities. Her business litigation practice covers commercial litigation, business criminal law, image law, press law, e-reputation and civil liability.
